Maria MWhile the facility was fine the U-Haul computer system is not. It took over an hour to get the truck I reserved. I want to know how U-Haul is going to reimburse me for the time I wasted waiting for the U-Haul computer systems to work. The facility is not to blame but iha is! I give it a score of 1.

This let us return the truck after hours when it was more convenient for us to do so. We will definitely recommend this location to our friends! Thank you for making our experience so pleasant!

Danny SThe location and customer service is always great. However, sticking an unwanted dolly and bag of stuff in the space I needed to use, and paid to rent, is just unethical and offensive. Do NOT use up my rented space with your dirty ploy: compelling us to cut the ties and pay for things we did NOT want or need. Corporate greed. The truck was old, clunky and smelly, but it worked. Also - you emailed me at least 3 receipts - one or two even before I picked up the truck!! Now I have to babysit my credit charges to ensure I didn’t get billed multiple times, and check if the charges are correct. Super lame. Ever heard the term “enshitification”?

Anna MThe owner was incredibly rude at pick up! Then over charged us for gas , we called to get it fixed. He continued with a very rude attitude and wasn’t willing to listen. Will never be going back nor recommend this location. Along with warning friends and family to stay very clear!

Shannon CI didn’t have a great follow up meeting with the owner. We had a disagreement about whether or not I should get a credit for one day of the rental. I rented it for 48 hours and returned at 7pm (they closed at 6pm). Approached the owner about some sort of credit and he got belligerent.

Skip WWe found the location easily and service was fast and friendly. Our moving truck was ready to go, and no problems were experienced. They don't rent tie downs at this location, so be sure to bring your own.
