The truck we rented was clean however the truck needed new brakes really bad. We didn't discover this until after it was loaded and we were driving south on I-15. We left at the beginning of rush hour traffic. When traffic began to back up, I put the brakes on to slow down and the steering wheel and front end shook really bad, probably warped rotors. It scared my wife and I pretty bad. Also the radio display in the truck was not working so we were unable to see which station we were on. Later on the way back home it came back on. The employees at Main Street Service and Sales were great! The truck was not so great.

david bI was told the gas tank was full and although it showed on the F, when I went to return the truck after driving less than 15 miles, I went to put in gas, and it took over $22 to fill and the line went above the F quite a bit. I told the guy who came out to inspect the truck, but they didn’t do anything to try to make it right. Super disappointed.

Brad PWe picked up the U-Haul truck at 5:30 am and the only complaint I have is the requirement for photography of myself and drivers license along with the equipment. Being dark it was next to impossible to take a satisfactory photo. The app would not accept the photo because of the darkness and difficulty having enough light. It took us 45 minutes to successfully complete the photography which made us late for our pickup in Ely. I don’t know how you can improve this, however many people need to pick up equipment before the sun comes up. Thank you.

And I messed up dropping off the truck…left it in the wrong spot and didn’t realize there was a key drop so didn’t leave the key and it caused a lot of headache for Kevin but he was really patient and gracious about it.

YESID GThis is the second time we have had issues with U-haul Trailer. The suspension broke 3 years ago on the rental. We rented this trailer for 17 days, could you please send out equipment in better condition. I like the people at the Main street service and sales, they are wonderful. but the trailer was in sad shape that they were provided. Beat up condition.

Randy KThey should have an option to pick equipment up when needed. I needed a dolly for Sunday. I asked if I can pay for it upfront on Saturday but pick it up on Sunday as the dolly is just sitting there by the street anyway. It is inconvenient and unfair to the customer to have to pay for 2 days just because they are not open on Sunday. Poor business practice simply because there's not enough competition.
