Was told by representative I could pick earlier on Friday, pick up just after 12,then on returning I was charged for 2 day's when I was fine waiting til 5 on Friday wasn't told of charge till I returned. Was told that was between me and uhaulMICHAEL C.

The return location was closed due to Covid. We had to call for a new location.Connie D.
The U-Haul salesman that works there didn't show up at the correct time and I had to have another employee that doesn't work with U-Haul do all my paperwork while the guy who supposed to be there talked him through it over the phone. Then after loading all of my belongings in the trailer it was brought to my attention the the trailer was infested with fire ants. During my drive to Kansas the fire ants moved to my truck and I now have to have an exterminator come and clean the ants out of my truck.CHRISTOPHER K.

The online check in did not help at all as I still had to go in and give all the same information at the site when I picked up the equipment which means I spent twice as long in the process for no reason. The staff took a photo of my driver's license on their personal cell phone which made me very uncomfortable. I also had no assistance checking, hooking up, or unhooking and parking the equipment which is not the experience I have had with other rental services.Melissa W.
