Chris HStaff at this location was professional, courteous, and prompt. The transaction was quickly processed and I was on my way in a timely manner. This is how rental locations should operate.
JASON HShort hours for pickup and drop off should be extended
Brad BThe scheduled pickup time on the reservation did not match the business hours. To clarify, the reservation was scheduled for 8 am and Sanderson did not open till 9:30. I had to wait 1.5 hours for pickup. In the future, just along the pickup with the local business hours.
