How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe scheduled pickup time on the reservation did not match the business hours. To clarify, the reservation was scheduled for 8 am and Sanderson did not open till 9:30. I had to wait 1.5 hours for pickup. In the future, just along the pickup with the local business hours.
