My comments aren't about Peterson's Transmissions -- it's about the transaction overall. I made the reservation for Pinnacle Storage --but was suddenly changed to somewhere else. I called to confirm but that trailer was in repair. They routed me to a third location and when I got there, there were no trailers, no trucks, no nothing. The fourth location was Peterson's Transmissions. No issues at Peterson's Transmissions --but each time U-Haul took me to a new location it got further and further away. I was in a time crunch for my military move and had to get back to base to get the truck and trailer weighed before the scale closed. Like I said, Peterson's Transmissions was fine --the overall experience with making a reservation and receiving a trailer was pretty terrible. The lady at Peterson's Transmissions understood I was rushing to make the scale and was very fast at getting me checked-in. While she was doing that, the gentleman ran out to the trailer to make sure it was ready. I appreciated that they recognized I was rushed after having been routed further and further from the base.

The place was closed after publishing online they were open and uhaul telling me they would be open. I was moved to this location, as my original pick up wa changed. Had to call uhaul to get the code to unlock truck. Wrong code was given initially. Truck was FILTHY!!!
