I reserved a 10 ft truck. The day before my rental I was contacted by the owner of the place I was to pick it up stating he did not have a 10 ft truck, but that he had a 15 ft truck he’d give me for the same price. He canceled my original reservation and made a new one. Fine. I then got a call from customer service two hours later asking why I did that. I explain that I didn’t . The owner did. She figured it out and said I was good to go. I had the UHaul app, had my payment info entered, showed my reservation. Good to go. Then the day of the rental I went to pick up the truck. I tried to click “pick up my rental” in the app but it said it was not eligible for the 24/7 service and I would have to call customer service. I did. I waited. No answer. The owner told me the key was in the back of the truck and to just open the door and get it. I did. Returned the truck an hour early. Two days later I get a call from customer service, basically accusing me of stealing the truck and using it without paying. Excuse the heck out of me?! I did everything right as the customer. Y’all need to get it together. They ended up creating a new reservation so they could charge me. Whatever. Except they then charged me for a 15 ft instead of a 10 ft. I called and mentioned that so they “fixed” it, except they really didn’t because they still overcharged me by $10 for more miles than were used.

Very easy to rent , the unit I wanted was available on site . Good running truck , no problems . Have rented Uhaul several times in past . Will continue to do so . Although, I would like the prices of moving across the states to be alittle less, maybe when oil situation gets resolved . God bless .✌️🙏
