I returned the trailer the next day. An employee told me to drop it and let the office know. After dropping it I went to the office and told the girl. She asked my last name and said she would check it in. 3 days later I get billed for 3 days. Theft is what that. Theft.
Aariq DDefinitely wasn’t the best experience ever. The one gentleman greeted me and was very personable. The woman behind the desk seemed agitated, but after returning the truck was a lot more pleasant. The truck wasn’t in the greatest condition. The Tire pressure warning light was on, and after filling the tires, it went off, however 10 miles down the road it came back on. They had no dolly’s or equipment.
Raelynn WVery rude, talked poorly of another U-Haul dealer, didn’t want to rent to me because I was going too far, while trying to solve a problem with me and my concerns, she kept putting our conversation on hold to take phone calls.
LAURA CTrailer had asphalt millings and a few items of trash. The trailer left a small pile of millings every time the gate was opened. The fender was caved in and it looked like it needs refurbishment. Definitely not to the standards you normally have.

Richard SThe woman who helped had a rude attitude when I asked about the pricing. I also didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have customer parking and made me feel as though leaving my car there was unsafe. “You have to park outside the fence, I would suggest the grassy knoll, but I would lock your car.” It didn’t make me feel very safe and had me worried what state my car would come back to. I think it’s inappropriate to not allow customers to park on their property.
Elizabeth DI really enjoyed the location it was right across from my house I have to say I was sent there by 98 N location and the young lady was very nice and quick in finding what I needed. The crew was excellent!! I am totally satisfied with U Haul service this time.

ANNIE SMake sure they are clean I even returned the truck and not one person went out to look at it I never went past 100 miles and was never given any money back I had a reservation at one place never received my 50 doller garentee cuz I had to call into uhall instead I was brought to a different place that charged me even more money then what I was paying on line I was charged money for a dirty uhall

Annette lThe location hours need to be updated online. Thought they were open for business on Sunday but when we arrived to drop off the truck and car transport, gate was locked and no one was around. Went through a virtual drop off using the U-Haul app, took pictures and video to document that we dropped truck and the condition, and left key in drop box. Thankfully all went well and truck was not vandalized or stolen.
Dawn WLocation was not open for business on advertised day/times. Left UHaul outside secured area and dropped key in box. We felt very uncertain about this process. Electronic receipt appears charges were accurate, waiting to verify with credit card company.

Gordon HThe truck was old and beat up but ran and did what we needed it to do (move furniture from one place to another). Don't feel this was the fault of the company that rented it. U-Haul will run the trucks as long as it will roll down the road. At the same time, it was very economical to rent so I was fine with it and would use both U-Haul and the rental location again.

Pj WThis location should NOT be a 24 hour drop off location, the gate was blocked and no way to get in after hours and had to park the van on the grass /sidewalk besides it when I tried calling uhaul for clarification no one answered after 40 mins and one of the online chat people literally ended the chat and did not help me at all the other one I talked to after actually responded without ending the chat but also didn’t really help much in the situation

Sandie MThe truck has trash in the cab and the cargo area was dirty and full of bugs and I had to clean it all out myself thee auto trailer I had rented was faulty the tires of the auto trailer i rented caught fire and caused damage to my car I was transporting and had to get a replacement trailer from another location
JOSEPH LFirstly, the place I reserved my truck had 7 in the lot but I was told I had to go to this other location as none were for me. Plus it was further away from my house so that cost me more in mileage. Secondly, the previous renter nor the location CLEANED OUT THE TRUCK INSIDE AND OUT. There was broken glass, cat litter, fecal matter and pieces of whatever they were hauling left in the back and used masks and paperwork in the cab. Then once I loaded the truck the night before our move (and it rained during the night) we found out that the truck has several leaks in the box and nearly all my stuff wound up getting wet; not damp but wet. There was standing water in the attic part so it ruined several pieces of my wife's that belonged to her mother that will not be salvageable. You rent a truck expecting it to be ready, cleaned and leak poof. This move has caused me to never want to rent from UHaul ever again. Worst experience ever.

SCOTT STruck was dirty, gas wasn't at the level it was originally recorded on paperwork. The truck had lots of prior damage. The truck even had roaches.

Lisa MThis was the worst CS experience I've ever encountered. The CS rep was on a personal phone call with her pharmacy for over 25 minutes, completely ignoring me and other customers. She stated to me that her call was important & she couldn't hang up. I was at the location for over an hour to complete the rental process. I received a truck that was returned during my visit; however, it was not inspected because of her phone call with the pharmacy. The truck had such an extremely terrible odor, I refused to take it. She had several other trucks in the size I'd requested but stated they were already taken. I asked for a refund as her boss was walking in and one of the other trucks miraculously became available. I always U-haul for my moves and has always appreciated the outstanding customer care of their staff but I would never recommend the Make It Happen location to anyone and would never go back there for anything.
constance GWhen we went to pick up our truck, the owner was so distracted and more interested in the people coming in to his garage. He left us waiting for 10 min...my husband went out to look for him, when he heard the bell on the door...it was then that he remembered that we were still waiting. I let him know that we are on a time crunch. The truck smelt of cigarette and there was a burn in the passenger seat. The back had debris all over the floor, I had to sweep it before we could load. 45 min later we were on our way to go load for our move. Horrible experience!
KIMBERLY WInterior of cab was dirty. Dirty floors and dirty cup holders. The lady that checked me out and gave me the keys was rude, no one escorted me out to the truck to go over it. Customer service sucked !

Rosemarie MThe truck was not properly cleaned inside the cabin, but this was the least of the problems. The paperwork said the truck had 5/8 a tank of gas, but it only had a 1/2 tank when I took possession. I returned it with a 1/2 tank and was charged $19 for not returning it with 5/8. Worst of all, the truck was completely out of alignment. The steering wheel has to be turned 45 degrees to the left for the truck to go straight. The truck shook violently as it drove. It felt dangerous to drive it down the interstate. Additionally, the driver side door didn’t appear to latch properly unless you slammed it with a lot of force. This was the worst truck rental experience I’ve had.

ANDRILA ANo one could speak to me and it was dirty. Over charged again- as I filled it up to full for the gas and still got charged almost $30 for gas. Don’t use this company it is a scam.
Elizabeth WMake sure that the U-HAUL trucks are Clean and Serviceable!! Put gas in them! I ran out of gas on my way to the gas station!! I spent a Total of $70.00 for fuel!!
WILBUR CFirst truck the a/c didn't worked and smelled like cigarette. Second truck was really dirty had stains everywhere full of dirt everywhere. Empty gas tank. I have all the photos

LAURIE PI am not pleased with uhaul,,,,first I called to check about quotes on a truck they told me 79.95 for 2 days,,,told them I would call back when I know wthat which day I needed the truck,,, I called back couple days later after I found out which day and they told me 129 a day that is 80 more just for one day, I ask them why was the price difference,,they told me because I didnt back a reservation for the truck,I told them all I done was called about a price,,,she told me that I should have booked it,,,I told her I didn't know exactly when I needed. I was just checking price,she told me since I didn't booked for a reservation that the truck was going to cost me more,,,that is a bunch of bs,,and I will never use you again or I will never recommen you to know body ,,I was screwed
