Furniture pads were reserved, but not provided. I called the uhaul number that morning and reported it. I then had to go and find furniture pads which added time and miles to my rental. I am now being contacted by uhaul and threatened with collections for a balance due which I was never made aware of until today. In that balance is a 2nd day charge. I got the truck at 8 AM and returned it at 2:30 pm the same day - 6-1/2 hours and being charged for two days. The extra half hour beyond my reserved return time was to go get moving pads which weren't there when they were supposed to be, and there was no one at the business to ask that morning. Also, I was still charged for the pads that I never got and were to be credited based on the call I made to Uhaul the morning of March 6th. Further I never agreed to the coverage and was charged $20 for that as well. I will not be using uhaul again, nor will I be paying the additional charges. In fact, doing the math Uhaul owes me money. Not to mention my extra time that day for their screw up.William H.

The owner Ron could not have been more friendly and helpful. He runs a an excellent service station and his guys there are great!! I wish all U-Haul franchises were like this one!! If you call the 1800 #, the U-haul regional CSRs are in general, nasty. I think that the receipt that I received from this location was incorrect. I was charged for a fuel refill. I had refilled the vehicle, and explained same when I dropped the vehicle off at the location, and was still charged for a refueling cost. I think that this is not a good way to conduct business.bill M.

The truck desperately needs an alignment. To drive straight the wheel steering wheel must be held so the horizontal bar is at 6- 8 (as you look at a clock. Did not have the appliance hand truck, only a standard one.phillip G.

I reserved a 26' truck 3 weeks prior to my pick up date, I confirmed my truck was available 2 days prior to pick up date, The gentleman at the site was very nice, computer software was giving him difficulty, took almost 60 min. to get out of there, When the truck was pulled around it was only 20'. I did not get upset until this point. Luckily they had another 20' truck. This avoided a disaster. It also took 3 days to get a copy of the final charges. In the end it all worked out fine.anthony P.

while Penny at columbia was terrific the experience setting up the rental was a terrible experience. I made the reservation online about a week in advance. The day before the pickup, I was advised that the truck was available at another location a twenty mile drive from where I had originally reserved it. After multiple time consuming phone calls I was able to secure a truck at Columbia self storage which was much more convenient. to me, this was a bait and switch and I will think twice about booking uhaul again. Also, there is an additional charge on my bill which no one can explain. it is still not resolved.Sandro L.
Your web site needs to be clear that the 10' truck does not have a ramp. Staff may also want to mention it to customers. It was very inconvenient to not have a ramp and it wasn't discovered until I was preparing to load the truck.EDWARD N.
