Nothing really. The location was convenient, and pick up was quite easy.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI am angry because you tried to move my drop off location to Lawrenceville, NJ which is 10+ miles further and I have to cross a bridge with a $3 toll. You tried to do this unilaterally without a conversation with me which caused me to have to pick up the phone and demand drop off at original location, or one comparably close. Corp logistics people suck.
Thomas KExcellent. Very pleasant. No concerns about going back.
Curtis HIts an auto garage so you will see lots of cars. I did self drop off. The mechanic there is very friendly and the area is fine. It is the number of cars sitting in the parking lot that may throw you off. The location is decent though.
jacob iCheck engine light was on.
