Rented a 15 ft truck for 24 hours and returned after 8 hours; however, this location only operates from 12 pm to 5 pm and my return was considered after hours. When the return was processed the next morning, a $20 "after hour return fee" was charged. Called the location and I got no logical answer. I asked for the fee to be removed, and I was told they cannot remove it. I called U-Haul and they helped me get a refund for the hidden fee. I would not rent from here again. U-Haul- great job!!!! Maken Music - deceitful
