Very important to find another location. I have requested a maintenance report on the truck I rented and have not received it yet. The truck needed further inspection to be driven safely on the road when I attempted to reach out to customer service regarding this and a couple other things I had major problems with The app and the website. several times I attempted … I’ll say I was lucky to get a phone number through the app after several attempts. The server was having a difficult time logging me in it seemed as if it was switching accounts. I have Face ID active within the app and it would verify take me to the home page and log me back out. Id get past the home page and click on request a call or chat and it would freeze on the web. Thats NOT ok if someone needs roadside and cannot access that feature or any other features that U-Haul offers. Customer support isn’t much support when they fail to resolve an issue I was assured would be fixed. NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES BEFORE WITH UHAUL. They definitely need to fix these problems before i rent from u-haul again

MINDY CI rented a u-haul for 2 days with insurance and I ended up being charged for 3 days with insurance. I tried to get this resolved through the workers that work there. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. I called back and was told that it was given to a supervisor but over a week later still no credit. It's only $34 dollars but it's the principal. Also, I all of a sudden I have a fraudulent charge on my card, that came across as a little suspicious.

ANDREA YI didn’t realize until after I left the facility that there was no lock for the roll door at the back of the truck. That meant I had to keep an eye on the truck when I had to stop for our pickups. Also, the photo online app when engaging in the morning check-in didnt work. I ended up in listing the clerk at the pick up station to go into her computer and update the information. When I return the truck later than I thought I would be it took me a half an hour before the check-in process worked. The fourth time using the app finally worked. The issue was capturing the odometer reading with the photo button; trying to answer the questions, and the ‘submit’ button, not working; and of course, not having a lock at the box of the truck meant I couldn’t leave the handtruck, but I rented in the back of the truck. I’ve had to take it home and I’ll bring it back later this morning to drop off at the station.
