The vehicle I reserved was supposed to have a ramp, it did not. It was parked on the side of the building and others cars were parked there making it hard to get out of the spot. In interior of the truck(cab) was dirty and stinky stuff everywhere. Only thing is that it was available after hours and easy to find the location. The truck did start up no problem.
