Check your gas before you leave—it's hard to reconcile the gas level in the app with the display on the car's dashboard! As a result, I filled up with about 7 gallons after the trip (and only drove about 12 miles—with a fuel consumption of 8-10 mpg, according to statistics!). Otherwise, I was happy with everything!

SAMUEL LGiven the issue we have ongoing with the trailer coming off the hitch as we were returning it and then being charged an extra day because it wasn’t checked in properly. I feel it would have been handled better with Uhaul and not a third party, although I still Haven’t received a call from uhaul since the complaint has been placed.
Heather LInside van box was not clean from prior user. Button panel on left, buttons were sticking so info. couldn't be looked at. A/C cold then hot air coming out. But staff at Mak was very helpful and I appreciate that. I would rent again from them.
