Our account was flagged so the nice lady had my husband call. It was cleared and we were quickly on our way. The 45 minute hold time was excessive but that had nothing to do with the pickup location.

The Maldonados were unprepared and confused about every step of the process. We had to wait 30 minutes for the lady to come back from lunch. The entire process took over an hour to complete.

Great customer service great experience great ride Even when I had it loaded up 100% full with a two bedroom apartment. love the hands-free Sound system. It made the 3 1/2 hour ride Feel safe, comfortable and fun. Excellent suspension very easy to drive and when needed it has the power And the price was a cherry on top. It was all U-Haul.
