The Maldonados were unprepared and confused about every step of the process. We had to wait 30 minutes for the lady to come back from lunch. The entire process took over an hour to complete.

Great customer service great experience great ride Even when I had it loaded up 100% full with a two bedroom apartment. love the hands-free Sound system. It made the 3 1/2 hour ride Feel safe, comfortable and fun. Excellent suspension very easy to drive and when needed it has the power And the price was a cherry on top. It was all U-Haul.

Enforce a no smoking policy. When we got the truck it wreaked of cigarettes. The people who run this location tried to get rid of the smell but it lingered the whole trip.

The 15’ van we rented was not in great condition. The turbo sounded like it was going to blow up on the highway, the steering was very loose, the alignment was off, and the wiper motor was ticking. The inside of the truck was still dirty from the previous use as well.
