Adjust time for drop off if it takes 20 mins for the app to verify all the information. Checking out took a long time because of the system as well.

Julie KThe after hours process could be more streamlined. I spent almost an hour trying to gain access/approval. I had no idea they would ask you to put someone name down so that uhaul could call them was in the process. That could have been taken care of earlier in the day, lastly it wasn't like I was new to Uhaul my data is in the system.

April CVery easy to use the app to pick-up and drop-off the vehicle. My only complaint would be that I would have preferred more than an 1/8 of a tank of gas in the vehicle when picking up. I know you have to refill the tank to the same level as before, but it would have been nicer to not have to do this immediately.
Amy WThe self serve process only works if the system is working. Which is fine, but when the system is down you are essentially stranded with a uhaul and no way to return it. I probably will not be using uhaul again, which is a shame because I’ve used your service my whole life.

Judel NThe truck's gas was on EMPTY. I don't understand how this is allowed. Since there are no attendants onsite then I guess it can't be enforced to require a certain amount? Empty gas is unacceptable to me. The location is convenient to me but very small. The processs to pickup and return are too timeconsuming

Falen JWhat you can approve for later in the fur future is get some more dollies for appliance movements and get the dollies to the Royal Furniture on with people that don't have to move far or in the same situation if they did have to move forward then have them on hand
ANDREW CThe truck's cabin was very dirty. When returning the truck there was nowhere to drop the keys as the orange box had been ripped from the wall. I ended up leaving the key inside the truck like when I found it.
Leonardo MThe Uhaul app wasn't working for me but the folks from Live Verification Truck Share department were great (helpful, patient and knowledgeable). Overall, a good experience.
Daniel RNo one was present in the uhaul office even though it was during posted business hours but it was still locked. This would have been helpful since I was initially having issues using mobile pickup. I called customer service but the call dropped before they could help me. Ended up switching browsers on my phone and was able to complete pickup but lost 30 mins. Also the radio stopped working during the trip and the parking spot for the van was very tight and narrow fit. Did not come away the least bit impressed with this location.

Paula Gtruck was there. took me two hours to rent, an hour to turn back the truck and then it wasnt it even recorded that I turned it back. I will never rent from uhaul again. I am done with you people

William SThe truck I received had low tire pressure and was missing a wiper blade. There was no where on site to fill the tire and one of the employees said that the sensor could be malfunctioning (although I could clearly see that the tire was low NOT FLAT just low). I just took the truck anyway since I was only moving an extra large box around a corner. Had I been moving furniture across the city or one way , I'd be a little more upset. My experience wasn't bad, it wasn't stellar but it was pretty decent for a uhaul trip I guess. I found it easy to park at Walgreens and walk down some I was alone. Other than that all went reasonably smooth.

Martha MThe fuel was below 3/4 of a tank. It was more like 5/8 of a tank. It was parked on an incline so the reading was off. I should have taken a picture and posted it. I did refuel just above 3/4 of tank on the return.

David OEverything went great with obtaining the truck and using it all day. However when I returned the vehicle the online "return truck" page was down. I sat in an unlit gravel parking lot for an hour trying to get the page to load. Called the helpline and heard from no one in over 40 minutes. Finally let my brother to convince me to go home. The page didn't load until the next morning. The keys and truck were on "Mallard Mowers" designated spaces, whoever since I was in my home I got like a few surcharges for the truck being away. $5 bits isn't really concerning to me but that Uhaul would take advantage when the truck clearly was there sucked. I don't plan to use Uhaul because of the website experience.

Herbert MThe rep was nonchalant. She did not show me where the vehicle was. The vehicle was on the side of another building next to the company and non visible. I had to pull the truck out of a very tight entry instead of it being ready up front. The truck steering was off.
