The location itself is perfectly fine, but you basically can only do self-pickup/drop-off here so this review is in regards to the U-Haul App. I used the App to pick up and drop off the U-Haul, both times it had many issues with getting photos uploaded and progressing through the screens. Multiple times it would just hang and I had to start over. A few hours after I dropped off the U-Haul (way ahead of my scheduled drop off) I got a notification saying it was almost time to drop off the U-Haul. Had to call support to get it resolved. The App needs some work.

I will not recommend Uhaul with its new disastrous online booking to anyone. The software is disastrous, does not respond to prompts. A stupid genius must have sold the software to Uhaul. Better get back to previous system.

Anurup RAdjust time for drop off if it takes 20 mins for the app to verify all the information. Checking out took a long time because of the system as well.
