Mallard Creek Mower was great. THe UHaul online portal to set up and use the truck was terrible. The truck itself was good.

I want to applaud the young lady that helped me with both the pick up and drop off of the U Haul.. I can be technology challenged and she was very patient and kind to me. Thank you. Highly recommend.
Julie KThe after hours process could be more streamlined. I spent almost an hour trying to gain access/approval. I had no idea they would ask you to put someone name down so that uhaul could call them was in the process. That could have been taken care of earlier in the day, lastly it wasn't like I was new to Uhaul my data is in the system.

April CVery easy to use the app to pick-up and drop-off the vehicle. My only complaint would be that I would have preferred more than an 1/8 of a tank of gas in the vehicle when picking up. I know you have to refill the tank to the same level as before, but it would have been nicer to not have to do this immediately.
