David L.This location was great, friendly and professional staff. The original drop off location in Saluda was by far the worst experience ever with Uhaul. They wouldn't accept the trailer, was very nasty and spiteful. He told me he was an independent dealer and could refuse any equipment. Apparently he had tok many trailers and didn't want any more. I drove 45 minutes to the dealer and back home. I had to drive 29 minutes the next day to the near drop off location. That location was the total opposite. I've rented from uhaul many times the last several years, with no issues whatsoever. The dealer in Saluda, NC needs to be addressed
Anthony A.Uhaul cancelled my original reservations and sent me out to BFE a hour and 40 minutes away from the original location and when I picked up the uhaul it only had 3/8th of a tank. On the paper the gas gauge is divided up by 8ths. On the actual uhaul truck gas meter, it's divided by 1/4 as usual. Uhaul charged me $27.50 because I wasn't exactly at 3/8! How in hell can I tell where 3/8ths is on the gas meter?

The day after I delivered it, a location in Goldsboro called to inform me that I was delinquent on my account and that I was supposed to have dropped the trailer with them. Clearer communication would be advantageous.
