The problem wasn't with the location; it was with U-Haul. I ordered a 15-foot truck for a South Main Street location. I received an email (one or two days later) that the pick-up location was changed to Manchester Road. I had driven past the Main Street location the day before we were to [pick up the truck and there was a 15-foot truck sitting there. When I called U-Haul and told them that the Manchester Road location was further from us and asked for a discount on the mileage, I was told that wasn't possible. When we went to pick up the truck, the app wasn't working. Again, called U-Haul and was told to wait until the owner of the business got there at 11:00. Our rental was supposed to start at 10:00.
