Lots of issues with the self pick up and drop off website/app made this experience very frustrating. Location of uhaul pickup smelled like urine and pretty sure there was vomit in the lot After standing in the hot sun for 10 minutes due to having issues with the app I was able to get in contact with the pick up location. They were very helpful and sweet and getting it resolved. That was the one positive. The truck itself was clean, but it had issues like one of the mirrors Not staying put which created a safety issue while driving and trying to change lanes.
