Your process for after hours drop off was confusing. Use of mobile app needs improvement. It was unclear why I had to pay an additional fee for turning truck back in early.
ANGEL VI have rented two different trucks in the past three weeks. Both trucks needed windshield wipers. The dirty windshield that I couldn't clean with the poor wipers is my only complaint.

Anna EU-Haul 1-800 number was not operational when I called repeatedly to rush to make another truck reservation when the first location was “on vacation” the day I was supposed to pick up the original truck. I made the reservation 3 weeks prior to pick up and not one call or email from the dealer or U-Haul telling me my truck would not be available. Terrible customer service
Chris CThe lady at M&M Storage was awesome. However 800# customer was terrible, rude and cut me off when I was speaking. I was suppose to pick a truck at Marine Service Pro and they had a note on door moving with a phone #. I called the # for 30 minutes and no answered along with another customer trying to pick up a trailer. When I called uHAUL 800# I explained I didn't know were M&M Storage was she was rude and state I'll message directions and hung up on me. This location was not in Southport it's in Boiling Springs and way out of my way. I was 45 minutes leave getting to the house with truck and had movers on the clock waiting. So my experience was horrible with Uhaul other than the nice lady at M&M Storage.

Laura MMy location was changed to a location not open when I wanted to pick up and no key was available. I had to change locations causing lost labor hours and additional mileage. The second location was nice and polite.
Joe HComputer system for representative was slow which caused me to have a one hour delay during which time several calls were made to the help line. Administratively the experience was unsatisfactory. Attitude of on site representative was accommodating and very helpful.

Albert POn your app to return rental, I was not able to verify location despite my phone was enabled. Therefore app would not let me proceed with what was expected in your return video. To improve, you could provide unlimited miles for all rentals.

Joseph BI requested a 2 day rental. The woman that handled our rental repeated back, "2 days". After we left, we realized that she actually put in 3 days and charged for that. We took the Uhaul back approximately 30 hours after renting it. We were told that we could not be refunded the difference. I will probably never rent from here again.

It is evident that she values and cares about her job, the customers and the community's perception of U-Haul and their services. She explained my options for getting the truck, placed my additional purchases in the rear of the truck and answered each of my calls with a kind and genuine attitude of support and assistance! Brenda's service is stellar. She not only completes her duties impeccably, but gives the community an A+ view of UHaul. Isabelle AI made the request on line the day before pick up. I completed all the sections... which the website required in order to complete the reservation. However, the check person was required to re-enter essentially all the information again... seemed somewhat redundant. I understand the need to see my official drivers license. But all the other info should have already been in the system.

Leroy SI have rented uhaul vehicles numerous times in the last 4 years and for the most part, have had a good experience. Only a couple times has the experience been less that excellent and yesterday was one of them. I use the mobile app to check out and check in. Works great and only when the signal is sub par do I have problems. I was checking in with the mobile app yesterday when the person from M and M came out. She proceeds to do her own check in, even though she sees me checking in on my phone. I always clean out the back when I return in the equipment and have never had a complaint, except from this employee. She says it needs to be swept and I say it is cleaner than when I checked it out. She argues with me then stomps off and slams the office door. I will not be renting from this location again.

Jimmy OThe truck was clean. The air filter housing was not connected properly allowing dirty air to enter the engine. The a/c barely held its own even in the max mode. When the oil was checked there was none on the stick. That does not mean it was empty just none on the stick. The staff was nice and the truck was clean.

Cedoin OWe had rented a 26 ft truck and hired helpers from the UHAUL moving helpers web site. The gentlemen couldn't manage to load 2 bedrooms worth of furniture and belongings into this largest of trucks. We had to rush around next morning and rent a trailer to load the balance of our belongings. M&M Mini Storage helped get us on our way...albeit a day later and towing a trailer we shouldn't have needed.

Jeff bFor an online reservation it took 20 minutes to get The equipment. The person at the desk had to call Someone on the phone to walk them through the entire rental process. I was the only one at The location during the entire process. In addition the employee was unfamiliar with the equipment.
