Your process for after hours drop off was confusing. Use of mobile app needs improvement. It was unclear why I had to pay an additional fee for turning truck back in early.

I have rented two different trucks in the past three weeks. Both trucks needed windshield wipers. The dirty windshield that I couldn't clean with the poor wipers is my only complaint.
