Had a vehicle with flat tires parked blocking access to trailer. Vendor had many issues using uhaul website. Took an hour to pick up a trailer

All ready very accommodating however I realize you have a business to run with as much usuage as possible but if there was some way to book the day requested on the day 1st concact was made it would ease the unknown leading up to the requested day ,just a suggestion .Thankyou .
