The truck was parked in the middle of a 2 ft deep puddle of water and I had to wade through it to take the pictures and do initial check out. Was very less than ideal. Also to drive straight the steering wheel needed to be set at a 60 degree angle, vehicles alignment is severely off and needs mainenance. The app glitched and had me do the same initial sequence of taking pictures and entering odometer when I returned it that I did when I picked it up, then it switched to ask me to return truck. As a result the odometer numbers got screwed up and I was not able to complete the return procedure and had to call for support to fix it which ended up taking an additional half hr to return the vehicle than it should have.

Lady works there very nice and friendly, but not happy with U-Haul I put in a reservation 2 weeks in advance to have this 26' truck at the location to my house, and ended up having to drive 40 miles away to pick it up. there were truck available but couldn't use them because they weren't for 1 way only. this was ridicules. If the truck is there is should be able to be use no matter what. And it had broken glass in it. I got charge $35 for 7 gallons gas I was short, and I bet whoever didn't get charge anything for broken glass.

I will never use a 3rd party uhaul site ever again. The customer support line was down all day, and local management's help was advising me to ignore the instructions on the app (the app that hardly worked for the entire day) and just drive off with the truck after I took pictures. I'll be spending my money elsewhere and advising others to do the same.
