The representative wasn't able to get our card to scan in her machine. It took three or four tries and then she still had to add the number by hand. I'd like to see this working better. (I was afraid 3 charges would show up on my account.) That whole process just made me a little nervous. But the people were great and other than that the process was fast and easy.

The employee that we rented the truck from was extremely rude and asked my husband if he had enough money to pay for the rental. Also the dolly we rented online was unavailable, which meant we had to drive around and find another location with one. We have contacted uhaul already and received a partial refund for our rental. I think uhaul should evaluate the location that we rented from.

Contract is for the use of the vehicle. Prorate recommence if mileage was factored in the price.

Interior was not vacuumed. The gas charge of 9.50 is incorrect. The gas meter was between 3/4 and 7/8. I told the young lady about this but she was on the phone and did not make the time to view the gas meter. The system to get the rental was easy but, the follow through left me disappointed.

When returning the van at 1:00pm there wasn’t an agent available. I had to drop off the key with a Goodyear mechanic.

Keep ur rentals in good shape the one we got was really pulling hard to the right and made it to keep driving with the steering wheel turn the other direction to stay going straight.

customer Service was excellent, and the equipment great, the only thing I would maybe improve is the prices because they are a little over some competitors. and also the alignment on my truck was bad. other than that everything was great

The rep that was working behind the desk, just handed me the keys & I had to locate the vehicle myself. No walk around was done to validate the fuel & everything was correct. I later found out the amount of fuel that was told to me & what was marked was incorrect & the drop-off location had to make adjustments for me. I was a previous U-Haul Rep & was not happy with the service. The vehicle had a problematic transmission that wasn’t stated to me.

Truck was almost on Empty. Talked to the woman on the phone who said they would apply a $25 credit for the truck being empty and having to put gas in it. When truck was returned, NEVER got the $25 credit back.
