it is a bait and switch scam for me. they post a hand truck rental (it does not come with the van), and when you arrive, they are "out" (they never had one), but you can rent the trolly instead. no one needs the trolly. storage places have them available for free. it will not do the work of a hand truck. It is unprofessional business to deliberately rent an item you do not have and deliberately swap out a free item and charge full price. that sounds like a rip-off con artist to me. I do not trust dishonest businesspoeple.
