This location was fine. But this entire process was HORRIBLE. Uhaul (not this location) changed my time and location of pickup. Then, the truck did not start. The car was dirty. And had no gas. Luckily, this location had a truck for me.

Better customer service. Moving is usually a high stress process, we as customers make mistakes to include but no limited to being late to a pick up, not realizing that even on virtual pick and drop off we only have 15 minutes of grace before being considered late. The attitude that an employee takes is even more important when we are in those stressed moments. The van cab was also not clean. Doing a virtual drop-off is not possible unless it during business hours which are 9 AM to 5 Pm. I don’t know that I would use that location again.
