The u-Haul employee was an hour and a half late for my rental pick up. I also tried to reach out to U-Haul twice, but no one got back to me.

Truck was well maintained location great! The best part was the guy at the location very very helpful

Key was supposed to be behind counter but was not. Had to call U-Haul for help to access key. Truck was left with packing materials that were not ordered. Might have been a problem if I was tight on space.
