We rented a small van.We had a hard time opening the side door. It is very hard to open and it might need lubrication and or service
ERIC LAbsolutely best experience I’ve had renting a U-Haul. With that being said, the trailer wasn’t big enough and I had to go to Alex’s Gas Bar in Meaford and rent a truck as well to move my boyfriend home in one trip; the truck we received was disgusting - it was so dirty, smelled like cigarettes and weed….I would never use the U-Hail location in Meaford again! Thank you again Maple City Mini Storage - by far the best experience I’ve had yet !

JOSEPH VCindy was amazing at this location. I was a little late travelling from out of town to pick up my U-Haul and she stayed late (past closing) to allow me to pick up my vehicle. This was much appreciated. Very friendly and the truck was perfect for my needs.

ANDRII BVery cramped & limited office space & equipment however all the staff I spoke to & dealt with were extremely friendly & helpful. I would recommend to others to deal here in the future if something is needed.
TIMOTHY BExcellent service overall! The staff was very helpful in connecting and disconnecting the trailer. I only had a minor issue with the wiring adapter that fell during the use and I had to replace Uhaul with a new one. Besides that everything went great.

DAVID CThe location was excellent. However , the uhaul is a scam. Please hire a moving company. Even thst has scams but research a well established one. Uhaul will tell you last minute thst truck of the requested size is unavailable. Ypu will havd to travel far for obtaining another truck. There is no respect or value to a customer.

Linda GI disagree with the fuel charge. I brought the truck back with the same fuel as I received it with, but was charged $20 for fuel. Not very friendly.
WILLIAM MDid not explain the return process to us correctly. We were unable to take photos of the truck needed for the return because we took a picture of the mileage as we were told to and put the keys in the drop box. As I began the return on my phone I realized we could have taken these phones to ensure we didn’t get charged for anything else which was very frustrating.
JOSELYN ONothing! From start to finish the experience was excellent. We only use this location for rentals and shredding services. Great staff!

christie cThe people at maple city were very nice. Took a little long to get my u-haul but that was the least of my worries as I had a reservation I made pushed back 2 days and had to spend extra on gas because the only u-haul available was 1 hour away, without even offering compensation on gas. So even though I would recommend Maple City for u-haul, I will likely not be recommending U-haul overall.
OWEN GDrop off was after hours but have no complaints
RAYMOND RPlease try to update your vehicles. It is very old. Everything is in miles- extremely inconvenient as I could not see the speed I was driving. I had to use an app. It doesn’t have hazards lights, at least I couldn’t find the bottom for it.
MAYELIN FAsk for a truck so I can get my D license and they gave me the truck and it was the wrong size so I can get my test done.

WENDY BThe employees are pleasant to deal with get you in route and good time. The storage parking area really could use a clean up and made a little less visible from the street. It looks really messy.
WESLEY LI had to ask three time for the young ladie to speak up. So it would be nice if they speak up the first time. It seems to be a Little annoyed that I had to ask for her to speak up.

Seema SThis particular location was not a problem. The reserving of a trailer at a Windsor location and 2 or 3 weeks later receiving a phone call that they don't have any of those trailers in Windsor, had to drive 45 minutes to Chatham to get it and drop it off was a piss off. Trying to never use Uhaul again. J

Matt CNot overcharge me. They charged me for 100 + miles when I only traveled 20 odd. I can prove this by the amount of petrol I needed to refill the truck.

Robert MI received a damage charge for $660 for 2 paint scratches. We had no issues had a smooth drive and did not have any situation where paint would be scratched. I was also charge a ridiculous amount to replace 1/4 of a tank of gas. I will not be using uhaul ever again.
Nicole Sit is very inconvenient to return gasoline, since the fuel level sensor does not give a clear picture of how much gasoline I spent, which is why I poured 10 liters more than I spent, and there are also no brackets for strips, since I was transporting a motorcycle in a truck, it was difficult to fix it in one position. Therefore, it fell inside and broke and scratched the plastic lids.

Robert MYou changed my reservation twice! First time I made the reservation online, the next day you sent me a message told me that the pickup location had been changed. It’s too far from my address, so I cancelled it. Then I went to the store to made the reservation. It was fine until the day before pickup day, I got another massage that told me the pickup address had been changed again! I called the consumer hotline to confirmed the order details. This kind of sudden change is very disgusting! And brought me lots of inconveniences!
