The only problem we had was we were suppose to pick up in tilbury and had set everybody up for 9 am and then found out night before we had to pick up in Chatham so that out us an hour behind. Overall it was a great experience with staff at maple city Chatham and we are going there again in a couple of weeks to move the last minute things

Pricing on your milage, its a bit high, with fuil prices, on the rise, it is a hard pill to swallow when you have a truck for 24 hours and to do what you need to do costs you over $500 , cruize control would be nice to also help manage this fuel consumtion costs.

I actually can,t think of a better experience. The dealer was very helpful, had everything i needed available, and the truck was in brand new and clean. i walked in the door without appointment an was on the road in 15 minutes. Customers shouldn't be charged extra for dropping off at a more convenient and sensible location. Towing an empty dolly down the 40I, i was not doing. So I dropped it in Wheatley and received extra charges. I will not rent from u haul again! Thanks! Chris

I dealt with Richard here. He was supremely helpful. I first rented a locker from him. I wasn't sure if I was going to need to leave the truck with him or bring it to another drop off location. He maintained contact with me via text message into the evening to be sure that I got into the storage area okay and confirmed I could leave the truck at the location at 7pm. No issues. He was extremely friendly.

Keep up the good work! The young woman behind the counter greeted each customer as they came in the door and let them know that the wait would not be long. She then unscrewed and lifted off the drawer bar of the 5 x 9 trailer I had returned, without batting an eye!

My only complaint is that my original location chosen was not available since a customer did not return the 6 x 12 trailer on time. This location however worked with me to locate another trailer and delivered it on time for me to utilize on time. Thanks Richard and Katylin.
