You need to get your locations organized on where a trailer can and cannot be dropped off. I went to where my contract said I could return and an employee came running out saying I could not return it there. He said I could return it down the street further down on Grand Ave. I arrive there. They were closed and no option was given to do a self return. I then called and sat on hold for 15 min and they said they would change it so I could return at this new location. I did not want to be charged a fee for dropping off at incorrect location I go to login to app and the return address now says to return across town on Queens line. 10-15 min drive away. So I’m off a 3rd locaton So I wasted alot of time and more gas to drive across town.

Sergei L6'X12' enclosed Trailer was a little older than average I would say but in very good condition and very clean. Four tire pressures were within 1 psi of spec. indicating to me that staff are doing their job and taking care of things as they should.
