AUNDRE GI've used this location a few times now and it's not as bad as some of the other locations I've used. This location is pretty average and I would recommend them. There's no frills here. I once used another location had the reservations made and went to pick up the trailer and it was out with someone else. They also didn't have another trailer there. But at maple convenience they always have the rental I booked. The only reason why I gave an average review is they could have hooked up the trailer for me as other locations have in the past. I hooked it up and they verified the connection. Anyways that's my only complaint with the store everything else has been good.

LOUISE CThe van was disgustingly dirty inside someone had used it for contracting was full of drywall residue and insulation all over the place nobody had cleaned the roof off the van and it was solid ice. I chipped off what I could and lost some on the road luckily nobody was injured. very disappointed in the condition of the van as far as the driver area and the cargo area being disgustingly dirty as all I had to move was one new couch. I will definitely think of using someone else next time I was not even offered a little rebate over $100 to do 52 km is just not worth it
STEPHEN PWe went to pick up the uhaul and was told the truck was at the back and to look for the truck number. The driveway was not plowed. We found the truck covered in snow. We went back to our vehicle and got a brush to clean off snow. We tried backing out of the driveway but kept getting stuck. We got little help from the person behind the counter. We got help from customer service on our phone. Finally a tow truck came to pull us out 2 hours later.

JOHN GI had to drive 40 mins each way to get a one way trailer. The app said I could pick up in town (Hamilton) - that’s when I placed my reservation, customer service called days later When I arrive the 6x12 enclosed trailer was covered in snow and ice and was inaccessible. I had to hitch the trailer myself. Luckily other customers came to help me. Staff wasn’t helpful or knowledgeable Pretty frustrated after 2+ hrs of my time wasted on moving day
MORITZ LOwner did not assist in preparing the trailer. Ie they did not come outside and help get the trailer unstuck from the snow/ice and did not give directions as to how to hook it or the truck.

WILLIAM WThe cargo van i rented had NO WASHER FLUID! which meant i was driving on the 401 and 403 with a dirty windshield- with ZERO visibility i had to pull over several time to wash the driver side with snow. absolutely unacceptable. when i dropped it off i showed Anshul and the girl how dirty the windshield was, AND showed them that there was no washer fluid when i pushed the button. He said that a "supervisor checked the van" when he dropped it off- he obviously failed his job or didn't care. I put my life in UHAUL's hands, and you played with my life by not doing your jobs properly. unacceptable, unprofessional and shameful. i will be filing a report with UHAUL head office- also will be talking with my lawyer to seek legal action.
DANIEL HCost of gas should be included in mileage, or mileage shouldn't be as much. How quickly $19.98 turns into $140.

LUCIEN ETruck was not full of fuel. Very hard to fill up a tank to a specific level. Proprietor was very difficult and uncooperative. Will not rent from u haul at this location.

Manny DThe location is a mess, the van had garbage inside the cab from previous renter. The back of the van had pieces of carpeting from previous renters that they at first suspected was from me. Plus it was far too expensive.

DEREK HCargo area was not swept. Leaves, bits of cardboard and some jigsaw puzzle pieces scattered about. Truck has a very serious wheel vibration at 60-80 kmh. So bad it makes talking near impossible, and caused lower back pain. 24 moving pads were ordered, only 12 supplied. They were also covered in leaves and could stand some washing?

ayanna hrude. I got the truck with only 1/4 of a tank of fuel. unit wasn't clean. They charged me extra for fuel even though I took a picture of the gage before and after the amount looked the same. They are saying it should have been more. I went 54km topped it up with $50.00 I know I didn't use $50.00 to go 54km on at savanna van. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

JACINTA DI came in a little early for my pick up time, the worker had no problem with that all, however the trailer i was there for was not there due to the customer beforehand failure to bring back to a breakdown. Even with that little hiccup the worker was friendly and we both came to an agreement about a different trailer that will accommodate what I needed for the day. The customer service was exceptional even at no fault of them for the trailer not being there but they are able to handle the problem within instant. I'll forever be a uhaul customer at this location.

G-RAY LNearly every time I rent a trailer from this location, it's dirty when I pick it up. I'm sick of having to clean up another persons' mess before I can use the trailer. I brought the dirty trailer to the attention of the attendant in the store and they didn't give a damn. THe ONLY reason I continue to rent from this location is due to proximity to my home.
ROBERT LI am not really great with the Customer care and the process. it cost me around $400 as well as the staff is not friendly. I feel like UHaul a Dollar puller.

CHRISTOPHER RI have a very good experience. It was fast like always. Everything went. According to plan was in good condition. The only thing is they should wash out the floor of the trailer because there was quite a bit of mud on the floor of the trailer that I rented , excellent service.

lucien EThe truck was very hard to handle. Alignment was completely off and front left wheel seemed unbalanced. Made the mistake of taking it on the highway and was fearful. The drivers side was vibrating just over 100 and the side view mirror was bouncing. This vehicle is in dire need of maintenance.
