The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only complaint was no crank/lift jack to put the tongue on or off our truck and it was extremely heavy to lift.
Michael DOverall a great experience. The only minor concern---quite minor--was we had to take the wiring harness from another trailer, as the one with our rental didn't work. Easily dealt with.
