I was disappointed that the box trailers do not have a jack for the tougne? This made attaching and removing the trailer from our vehicle very difficult as I have a bad back.

Milton TNot sure why you don’t give a credit for gas not used, and U-Haul pricing is pretty expensive. The location was great and the people there are super helpful. So to some it up any issues would be with U-Haul not the location
