The only reason not to recommend is the location is it was further away. There was another uhaul closer to my house, but it turned out to be not in stock. The uhaul site showed that it was in stock and I was able to book it online, but I got a phone call saying that it actually was not which was disappointing to be forced to drive further to a different location.

Price for per miles is expensive it should be 1 doller instead of 1.5$ per mile
Simrandeep SThey should have repaired truck and follow what they promised instead spending customer time. They should come to confirm truck is not stuck in a snow and properly took out of the parking area. It took us 1 and half hour to get one truck even though we booked in advance. We tried 3 different trucks and found one to give us. It was not smooth experience when getting the truck. Leaving the truck was nice and quick. Pearson who came out was very helpful but not everything in his hand.

I went to the van their were chips wrapper cups lids inside windshield was totally iced. No snow ice scraper or brush I had to call my wife to come back and hand over me the brush.cleaned the windshield and there was no windsheild washer , went inside to ask for it and they said they don’t have it. I had to stop home to get some windsheild washer. I pour almost 2 litter of it . But windsheild washer never worked .i had this van for 7 hrs and every 30 mins I had to stop to clean the windshield. Left side rear signal was not working I took the pictures of all this. I would show online to stop going there for worse experience. I believe this is not U-Haul but the people who represent them. It’s bad for U-Haul having such a location who doesn’t care for customer service. They should realize what customer will go through if they don’t give them what they deserve for the money they paid. I would rate them -5 star
SHARJEEL AThere was broken glass in the back of the truck on pick up and they asked me to Park my car in the spot where the truck was that I rented and proceeded to block me in with other trucks.
ALEXANDER CI drove less than 28 kms. I put $10 of fuel in the cargo van. I was still assessed a fuel charge of $9.37. That doesn't make sense and is not fair. I will pay much closer attention to this issue the next time. It seems to me that the starting fuel point was incorrect.

DOUGLAS WStorage area of the yard is extremely bumpy with severe ruts. I had to engage 4wheel drive to get out of one! This lot was the same when I rented a truck in October 2024. Other than that it was a seamless process.

AUNDRE GI've used this location a few times now and it's not as bad as some of the other locations I've used. This location is pretty average and I would recommend them. There's no frills here. I once used another location had the reservations made and went to pick up the trailer and it was out with someone else. They also didn't have another trailer there. But at maple convenience they always have the rental I booked. The only reason why I gave an average review is they could have hooked up the trailer for me as other locations have in the past. I hooked it up and they verified the connection. Anyways that's my only complaint with the store everything else has been good.

LOUISE CThe van was disgustingly dirty inside someone had used it for contracting was full of drywall residue and insulation all over the place nobody had cleaned the roof off the van and it was solid ice. I chipped off what I could and lost some on the road luckily nobody was injured. very disappointed in the condition of the van as far as the driver area and the cargo area being disgustingly dirty as all I had to move was one new couch. I will definitely think of using someone else next time I was not even offered a little rebate over $100 to do 52 km is just not worth it
STEPHEN PWe went to pick up the uhaul and was told the truck was at the back and to look for the truck number. The driveway was not plowed. We found the truck covered in snow. We went back to our vehicle and got a brush to clean off snow. We tried backing out of the driveway but kept getting stuck. We got little help from the person behind the counter. We got help from customer service on our phone. Finally a tow truck came to pull us out 2 hours later.
