I was given a u haul with a tire that blew out. I nearly missed my air flight . The person who repaired the tire said the other one looks like it will be going to blow soon as well. I asked him to change it he said the company will not repair unless it blows. Therefore , I am giving a very poor rating as your companies not keep your equipment well maintained- disappointed customer

Paul RMaple creek was fine but trying to go to a place in swift current and just get a trailer was horrible. No body spoke English and they all just gave me a phone number to call. So I did than they said my vehicle isn’t good enough. So I did it online and it was fine. But like you can’t just go to a U-Haul gas station place and get a trailer. Bull shit. Almost messed up my trip.
TODD BWhy am I only allowed 99miles for a two day rental? Ended up being rather expensive from what is advertised definitely not recommended for moving
