Victoria MAurora Colorado U-Haul 6’x12’ trailer rental problems 4-24-2026: The roller door latch and pull-down strap went up inside roof when we opened it before loading on 4-24-2026, and became extremely difficult to access to pull down when we had fully loaded the trailer, that afternoon. Fortunately, the Public Storage manager was available and along with the 16” long large slotted screwdriver, that I fortunately had.brought on our trip, and was able to find the latch assembly up inside the roof, and pulled the door down! Needless to say, we were surprised and extremely disappointed that we had this MAJOR problem when we were ready to leave for Tucson Arizona, from Denver Colorado. Please correct these problems ASAP!

Conrad KIt is not clear whatsoever that gas would be an extra charge, for which I was charged $5.50/gallon which is $1/gallon more than anywhere in the state. The truck has blankets but opening the bag of blankets is a charge. Customers are nickle and dimed for every possible thing just to use a truck for a few hours with broken AC. The staff was adequate.

OLENZO FNo improvements! I love this location. It is close enough to walk from Gladden Farms if needed, and the staff offers genuinely friendly, personal, and professional service. I know there is a U-Haul storage being built within 6 miles, but this will always be my U-Haul favorite.

William YOn Sunday 8/30 we had mechanical issues with our truck on way to Texas. We were near this location MaranaAZsolar. We decided to rent a truck and toy hauler. No trailer was available until Monday labor day in Tuscon. David Hair the employee at this location told us he would go down to Tuscon on Monday and bring it up to Marana. We got a hotel and on labor day David gave us a call. We were hooked up by noon and on our way. This location is normally closed on labor day. David went out of his way to get what we needed and helped us make sure truck was loaded. Excellent service. Uhaul. You have a great employee in David Hair.

LARISSA BThe U-Haul employee David Hair was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had the proper truck and toy hauler after our vehicle had broken down and were enroute to Texas. It was a Sunday 8/30/25 and he did a search to find us a trailer in area which was in Tucson and not available until Monday, labor day. His off day. We got a hotel room nearby and on Monday David got the hauler from Tucson and brought it back up to Marana for us. We loaded our broke down truck and made it to our destination in Texas. David is one of those rare people you run into in life that goes beyond whats required. U Haul company is lucky to have him as an employee.
RICHARD NThe female employee/owner has a terrible attitude and over charged us twice on two different occasions. She will argue with you instead of trying to correct the issue. We will never be back to this location again. Please beware. Look at your charges because after you receive your final receipt, she will repeat charges againwrll after you have left. Scam!!!

HEIDI DLady was super helpful and straight to the point. Made sure everything was good and did whatever she needed with the truck. And dropped off trailer prior to that because of the room I didn't have for the trailer. She said she would do whatever made it easier for me and made it work. Answered the phone right away and everything. Got the receipt super fast and it was very painless.

CHRISTOPHER SI had the pleasure of once again using my favorite U Haul location to rent a car trailer. I never worry about this location not having what I need . The people there a super friendly, and quick to get the paper work done to get you on your way. The only thing they dont do is have coffee ready for me when I get there ! lol I recommend this U Haul location to anyone who will listen, or needs to rent a trailer.
