Poor communication with customers.

DAVID FDidnt have truck at reserved location and proceeded to have me travel to multiple locations to get all the equipment needed. When the reservation said they’d be all at the same location
Robert CSo I booked the vehicle at the location on Tangerine, even received an email to pick it up there. We got there, the person was rude and told us that we did not have a reservation and we needed to go to the other location far away from where we were going to pick up the vehicle. This was extremely inconvenient and caused up to put more miles on the trip than planned. Very disappointing. In addition the vehicle driver side door would not close properly and the the ride was very shaky/ bumpy. We were transporting item that could have been damaged. This is so unusual for your company. Hopefully our next experience will be better, but we will never go back to the location on Tangerine.
