KEITH AThis U-Haul rental location is horrible. From the very beginning, I had a pickup scheduled for 5:30 a.m. it would not allow me to pick up the vehicle so called the 1-800 number waited on hold for 30 minutes and they said there's nothing they could do to help me, I had to wait until they opened at 7am. I finally went in at 7 am and it took the man 30 minutes to fix the reservation. I had two workers that I was paying $50.00 a hour sitting around for 2 hours. That cost me $200.00 for U-Haul's mistake!!! Now let's talk about the parking lot for these trucks. There is no space to park the 26" truck!!! Then let's talk about the furniture pad rental. We folded them all up and they were clean. They made us carry them into the gas station when the website clearly stated fold and secure in the truck. After carrying them all in they were super rude inside the gas station and now I'm looking at the receipt and they charged a $25 cleaning fee for what????? They were all folded and clean!!! I want a full refund for this truck rental!!!
TAMMY Lincredibly difficult experience for pickup. the equipment wasn’t assigned to me and then the truck wasn’t there and they didn’t have any other trucks for me. ended up getting it sorted after 45 minutes of waiting.
Ryan SThe gas gauge didn’t work so I ended up putting in more gas than I needed to. I asked for a certain truck and the gentleman said that’s a new one. It will cost a lot more. Really? I didn’t know you have to pay more for the same size truck because it’s newer.. The suspension and the transmission were horrible which is why I probably had to put $50 worth of gasoline for a 106 mile round trip. The tires were immaculate I must say, but just not a happy customer to say the least.

GREGG SThe virtual pick-up was not virtual, after going through the entire virtual check-in process, I still had to go into the "store" and retrieve the keys. Also, I had ordered a dozen moving blankets but none were available so then I had to scramble to find materials to protect my furniture. The manager refunded the cost of the rental but that didn't solve my problem.

MARIO DInside cab of vehicle had trash in it. Windshield was obscured by slat and sand, no washer fluid was available to clean windshield. Yet I was charged $25 for not folding rental furniture pads.

MICHAEL HWhen I called to see if they had truck size available they looked and then said yes and when I said can reserved they no and hung up on me . When I arrived 20 ft was dead then gave me 26. Very rude not customer service I except when I’m very friendly. Not overcharging customers and saying they brought back truck empty and then saying they will refund money and make another charge. When they checked when I called about another 200 dollar charge very rude. I never had issue like this with U-Haul. I’m will never step foot in this gas station and neither will any of my family or friends. I disputed the charges when they kept saying I still needed to pay for a 1/4 gallon or 1/3 gallon could not tell me how much more would be charged. I filled the truck over what was in it

ABONY MI was charged for a 4 hour rental but only given 3 hours (8pm - 11pm). Additionally to register online, I had to be at the location and it took almost 20 minutes to complete the app and wait for approval. Additionally I was charged $20 over hour fee for a truck that was back within the 4 hour window I paid for.

PATRICIA MI ordered blankets and I was told this location does not have blankets. That was very disappointing and created a problem for us in protecting our load. It should have been clear when ordering that blankets were not available.

The process was explained,, rates were reasonable. Also I have to say the person I spoke to was very kind and respectful to me. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. Tori LThe drop off was easy to find but the process of dropping off was a lot confusing. Wouldn’t let me upload or take a pic of gas gauge or mileage. I fueled it up to level it was rented to me at and very quickly got an invoice for 46.20 for fuel because they assumed it was empty. Have tried to show pic and mileage but haven’t heard back from anyone. I want to be reimbursed for this. Thankyou
ROBERT LThere was a leak in the right front tire that we had to inflate twice during our short rental. Fortunately, the car that accompanied us on our project had a portable tire inflator. Otherwise, we'd have been a major issue. Other than the tire issue, the equipment was fine.

Deborah WPlease have attendants point out the exact location of the switch that operate the emergency flashers. Not clearly identified on the dash panel of the vehicle. While parked in a loading zone I was not able to locate or activate the emergency flashers.
clarence tTruck wasn’t there when I arrived. After waiting 20 minutes I was informed the truck was dirty. They said they swept it and asked if that was good enough. There was still muddy dirt in the back. I will give the guys credit they went out with a bucket of water and a broom and squeegee. But that still didn’t fix the problem. There was nothing I could do I was lined up to move and needed this size truck. Now I had a wet muddy floor in the entire truck. Yea that’s gunna be great sitting my couch on. I had to get it home (they said just drive with the rear door open to let it dry… seems safe) once home I had to have my wife go and buy plastic painters sheets and tape them out on the entire floor of the truck. Still didn’t solve our problem. Muddy walls and the ramp was completely disgusting. I understand the guys tried there best for me and they did put in effort but the condition of this truck needed a hose or power washer or they needed to find me a new truck. Unacceptable. Pains me to see that bill on my credit card.
Austin RThe truck was filled with marijuana smell, we had to drive 50miles keeping the windows open as there’s no other truck available to rent. Though I have filled the gas with the same level with what I got, I was charged with extra for fuel. I feel like it was a full scam at the location.
Santhosh NMake it easier to know where the U-Haul register is, and make it more accessible. Also, I spent time doing the online check-in so the pick up would be quicker. It wasn't. They asked me many of the questions I already answered. Which I pointed out several times. It took about 15-20 minutes to go through the pick up process.
DIANE MThe people at this location were very patient with me. This was my first rental from them and it was very easy to rent. The Van was clean and drove great, good gas mileage also. The only problem I had was getting into the back doors. I would like to see a pullout step for easier access. Overall it was a very good experience.
Thomas PI gave all high marks because it is super convenient to pick up there, the people working there are really nice, and the UHaul app is great. Our truck was clean but the air conditioning didn't work and the check engine light came on after we barely drove. But they knew about these issues and didn't hassle us when we let them know at the turn in. Overall great and I rented from them again for next weekend

JENNIFER CI took the u haul back swept and cleaned. I was supposed to get 25$ dollars off. The. I took it back at 5 pm. I get a email saying I still have their equipment. My return time was 7 pm. The clearly grabbed the key and told me to go. Then I get a charge attempt bot 51.00.
