Tom GThe back of the trucks here are always dirty. Also, I put my gas back to 1/4 full. There is no reason why I should be charged $18 for fuel. I rent trucks on the regular basis and I only have an issue with gas at this location.
Dilon PTerrible experience from beginning to end. The vehicle was very old, difficult to drive, and appeared to be leaking oil, which may explain why I spent $84 on gas for only 120 miles of driving. The air conditioning was completely non-functional. Because the A/C was not working, heat from the engine was entering the cabin, making the inside of the vehicle extremely hot and uncomfortable throughout the trip. Driving the vehicle in those conditions was unpleasant and raised concerns about its overall maintenance. Customer service was also very poor. During pickup, no employee walked me through the vehicle, showed me where it was located, or explained anything about its condition. The pickup process felt disorganized and unprofessional. The rental counter was located inside a gas station and appeared cluttered with miscellaneous merchandise and employee food items, which did not create a professional or welcoming environment. To make matters worse, I was charged a $26.40 fuel fee even though I refilled the gas tank immediately before returning the vehicle. Overall, I paid $248 for a 10-hour rental and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the vehicle, the customer service, and the additional charges. I would not recommend this location and hope these issues are addressed for future customers.
