I had reserved a trailer 3 weeks in advance to be picked up in Northport. I was never contacted on a change of location so when I went to pick up my trailer I was told that I needed to go to this location instead. I asked for a number for the new location so I could inform them I would now be late to pick up my trailer, and the number no longer was in service. When I arrived to the location the only trailers I could choose from were one that was missing an entire tire and one where the lights were broken. We went with the lesser broken one and took the one with broken lights to the Skyland Blvd. location to see if they could fix the lights. Instead of fixing them, they instead created it to where none of the lights worked at all now, and did not fix these lights at all. Overall my entire experience with Uhaul throughout all of Tuscaloosa was extremely poor, no one was helpful, no one communicated with me before my appointment I had booked weeks in advance, and no one was able to give me an answer on where to find a function Uhaul trailer except to "drive 2 hours away from Tuscaloosa and MAYBE pick one up in Mississippi". I will never be using or recommending anyone use any Uhaul locations within Tuscaloosa and I will not be using Uhaul in the future anywhere else in the US.Allison R.

I reserved a 6x12 and there was not 1 available in all of Tuscaloosa, AL. When I settle for a 5x8, the staff was more concerned about their coworkers conversation, than checking me out.Robert B.

Didn't care or check if it was hooked up right. Charged me 40 bucks for 5k damage coverage after I left. I didn't authorize this. And also got charged again after I dropped it off. Horrible service.Kiren E.
