Spencer B.I put fuel in the truck but was still charged for 3 gallons and I only drove it 7 miles total.

I had called U-haul to let them know I was going to be late and they were going to transfer me and she asked me to wait. I waited for over 45 minutes. Then I was charged an additional day on top of it;.
Randall B.This location is not staffed to service UHaul transaction on Saturdays and Sundays. We have been caught off guard by this multiple times, including reservation pickup dates where the UHaul desk was unstaffed. Please communicate better staffing/reservation availability at this location.
