The location doesn’t have a physical office, which makes the pickup process a bit difficult. You need to communicate over the phone and complete the online process. It took me 50 minutes to pick up the truck, which was unrealistic and I wasn’t expecting that. I recommend a physical office to pick up the truck.

The U-Haul truck was parked on a spot where it was kind of hard to get in because it was parked where vehicles can get air. The location is dirty. Also I was charged for a dozen of mats where there wasn't any available.
