Pick up location was changed last minute which was an inconvenience. Once at new location, which has two spots to pick up truck, was directed to wrong spot. Spent 20 minutes trying to contact someone at location to only to find out I needed to go their “other” pickup spot. Once I actually got to truck found that the 12 blankets and 2 mattress covers that I ordered were not in the truck. I had to take the blankets from another truck. Had to drive to another location to pick the mattress covers up, So, my pickup time was 7am, however, I did finish picking up the truck, blankets and mattress covers until 8:59. Consequently my desire to begin packing up the truck by 8am was a no go. Not to mention, both Moving Help contractors were no shows. So very disappointed with UHAUL. However, the owner of the pickup spot did his very best to assist which is the only reason I would recommend the location itself not necessarily UHAUL the company.

Was told multiple things when it came to the price.
Korie DReservation was not available. Was initially transferred to a pickup location that was closed. Called in and was sent to yet another location that was closed. Lost time in our plans and schedules despite having a reservation. Was sent to questionable neighborhoods. Van was not clean, windshield had a crack and AC plug did not work.

amarie dI was able to pick up from here all by myself! They had the truck parked outside and keys in a locked box, it was super easy to rent on the Uhaul app and I did it quickly and moved the big stuff quickly! Thanks
