Reservation was not available. Was initially transferred to a pickup location that was closed. Called in and was sent to yet another location that was closed. Lost time in our plans and schedules despite having a reservation. Was sent to questionable neighborhoods. Van was not clean, windshield had a crack and AC plug did not work.
