When I called the day before to ensure that I was picking up my truck from a human person, the U-Haul representative assured me, for the second time, that I was. But when I arrived, that person did not start until two hours later, and the U-Haul representative I called could not assist me in any way besides walking me throug the online pickup, in a snowstorm. As a person with a disability, his put my health and ability to complete this move in serious risk; the U-Haul representative was neither helpful nor understanding. Maria's Discount Furniture is clearly not to blame, but I will think long and hard before using U-Haul again.Anne Elizabeth M M.

My pick up time was wrong and placed at a later time which affected my moving schedule, this was changed by the U-Haul customer service deptJames P.
Wrongfully charged and the agent could not have cared less. I specifically chose to not have the optional insurance coverage. The agent charged me for it without asking and showed no receipt on the spot. When I called he first claimed it was a mandatory charge. When I informed him I knew it was optional he then stated that I chose it and would not be able to remove it from my bill. Did not do a walk through before hand. Charged 4x the estimated amount per mile. Added an extra mile then my estimate for whatever reason without explaining. Over 13 years of using Uhaul and I've never been then disappointed. At least Home Depot rents out vans and trucks as well.Giovanni M.
The mileage in amount was off and I was charged for 81 miles when I drove maybe 13-15. It's ridiculous and I will never use nor recommend using this mobile service.Elizabeth S.

The people there were very friendly and nice. However, this was the only van they had, they didn't have a computer to access the website and I drove by 3 places on my way to them that were more prepared to service us. If they could get a computer to take care of the transaction, that would be good. Again, very nice people.Bridget L.

My Order was totally messed up. I Received a confirmation for a pick up location and never was I advised that the location was revised. So I wasted my time and money going from one place to another. Hope I can get those $50 dollars that you are promoting if your order is not ready.Juan H.
