The agent that helped us screwed up our multi truck/tow bookings so badly we had to contact scheduling to get everything corrected. There were so many changes that he had made that we didn't catch them all until we went to return the equipment and realized that he had changed the drop off location for half of our rented equipment. Then when we called scheduling to get that fixed before we returned everything, scheduling basically told us... too bad, so sad... not our problem. We were told to either deal with multiple location drop offs, or figure it out ourselves with the drop off locations. Worst rental experience ever.

The Marina Cove Storage pick up has been the best experience I have ever had picking up my U-Haul. That’s saying a lot as being prior Military I have moved a lot and used U-Haul on most of those moves.

Marina Cove is a Great Dealer, but the uhaul web site is a hotrible mess. I will only call the dealer from now on as you cannot figythe website out.

Keys were not in drop box requiring us to find another location. Cost me money and time because of needing to go to another site. Truck bounced the whole time causing damage to my furniture and broken glass. I do not feel I should be paying full price for all the issues I had,

The driver side brake light on the trailer was not working. Also, the rollup tailgate kept getting stuck When being used.

Not change the pick up location 3 times in four days. The last time was the night before and I was not notified. Very inconvenient and lead to laborers waiting around for 45 minutes.

The lone person at this facility seems to be 'holding down the fort' but did not understand the process of checking in equipment when returned.

The phone process took way to long. Thank goodness the front desk person at Marian Cove Storage came in early and was able to help me. I waited for over 30 minutes for the system to approved my rental. I would give the lady at the front desk 5 stars - She was helpful and very nice to deal with. Other then that one issue everything went perfect.

We were originally given a different pick-up location, but were told they needed to change it to this location to insure they would have all the equipment we had requested. However, they did not have the utility dolly we requested. So, we had to make do without it. We really needed it but didn't have time to run around trying to find one somewhere else. The people that work there are excellent and were very helpful.

The office staff was friendly and prompt when I came to pick up my rental but I had requested moving blankets when I made the rental online and they did not have them, which was very disappointing and negatively impacted our moving experience.

Check engine light turned on a few seconds after pulling out of the parking lot. I was granted permission to continue with my rental. Several times throughout the move the check engine light began flashing. That added stress to the trip. Equipment was clean, but it seems like that truck needed some maintenance.

Please let your customers know that there are two systems. One is in person and the other is through an app. If you are picking your truck up or dropping it off after hours, you must use the app. I was told the app was super easy to use; click, click and you're on your way. This was not the case for me. I could not get the app to work, customer service could not help me to get it to work either. I ended up going to the location before it closed and found out that if you don't use the app, it's a different system. They were able to erase everything and start over. I don't know what I would have done if they were closed. A stressful situation was made better by helpful U-Haul employees. My advise would be to make sure the app is working before you start out on your journey.

Either my son was not made aware of the cost or seriously misunderstood it. We were led to believe it was going to be a maximum of 50. It was $260 for 1 day rental! Ridiculous!
