Drop off was confusing. Then I was charged a fee for something I wasn’t aware of. This place is a joke.

Far away. Long check out process with staff. Misstatement of fuel gauge at start charged me more for fuel than for rental.

John ZI had to wait for a while for my keys, even though I had a reservation. The truck was also missing the blankets I can requested, I had to take a few more moments to get them. The employees went above and beyond to fix the issue and gave me their full attention to resolve it once they realized what had happened.
Aaron TOnly thing was the uhaul had a check engine light on and it was concerning, we were told it would be okay, but still made me nervous as I had a 600 mile drive to do, we made it okay. I think when you guys have a check engine light on you need to get it fixed as it makes customers nervous
