When changing the pick up location of the trailer, you must tell the customer that the installation services paid for are not available at the pick up location and they they should go to the corporate store first and then to the pick up location. This error caused me to drive 84 miles round trip and waste one of my 4 days on vacation to drive back and forth between U-Haul sites to do all that I had ordered. I even wired my SUV on my own because those services paid for were never offered or completed. I’ll never use U-Haul again and will tell all my neighbors and contacts to avoid you.
Shawn SThey changed the schedule I requested for at last minute and charged me TWO rental periods when I originally asked for a 7 am to 5 pm rental. I’ve been using this service for about a year with no issues, but lately, uHaul has been NOT reliable and I am about to migrante to another company due to the amount of last minute changes on my reservations. I am NOT happy at all.
