They changed the schedule I requested for at last minute and charged me TWO rental periods when I originally asked for a 7 am to 5 pm rental. I’ve been using this service for about a year with no issues, but lately, uHaul has been NOT reliable and I am about to migrante to another company due to the amount of last minute changes on my reservations. I am NOT happy at all.
