Staff at pick up Location was not only rude but she told about the inaccuracy of fuel was even more rude. It marked us having 3/4 of a tank, but it only had half a tank. We returned it with almost 3/4 and I just saw my bill with a surcharge of 3 gallons of fuel. She said there would be a note in the system about my phone call yesterday describing the difference in paperwork of the amount of fuel. I will be going to the drop off location today to verify they added 3 gallons of fuel not too sure how that’s even a possibility unless they drove it to the gas station or did they just guess? Sounds to me like you guys have a full scam going on fuel and I’m gonna bring this attention to the Internet. Still waiting for my response regarding the variation and fuel she said I would be contacted so far. I have not received a phone call but I did receive a surcharge bill. This is ridiculous.

ANNA BCustomer service could have been much more friendly and receptive. It seems there was just A very unwelcoming stare from the moment I turned into the parking lot even before exiting my vehicle.. and it never really went away from start to finish of the business encounter(pick-up to return of vehicle)

She was able to get me in & out on such short term notice. provided EXCELLENT customer service skills . I really appreciate her taking her time explaining the rental procedure. I hope she understands what a HUGE help she was.

Jerry AFront Desk Receptionist Marie very rude. Not customer friendly whatsoever.. U- Haul Van had warning light on. Indicating tire pressure was low, which caused concern for me. Marie replied “It’s ok don’t worry about it”. Last but not least Marie stated I would receive a email for my receipt. I responded thank-you. I sat outside several minutes waiting for it to come through. Marie never sent it. I then went in to let her know there was no email sent, but my checking account alerted me of the transaction. In case Marie would try to adjust the final payment owed. My honest opinion is Marie is in the wrong field of work. She doesn’t like her job , and keeping her greeeting customers and working with customers will cause more bad reviews for the Marina Reservation Location. A lot of people don’t take the time out to respond to reviews, but i do. Respectfully Sharon Peet.
